Data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and in any case no longer than 3 years after the last contact.

The "Videos" section of this website, covering account registration and sign-in, the purchase of training videos, payments and playback, is operated by Adrian Jebara, a sole trader doing business as "Art Oral Adrian Jebara", ul. Namysłowska 6B/84, 03-455 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9141377852, EU VAT ID PL9141377852 ("Art Oral"). Art Oral is the sole controller of the personal data processed in that section, as described in the Art Oral Platform Privacy Policy. The owner of this website does not process the data of "Videos" customers, has no access to account, order, payment or playback data and does not receive such data from Art Oral. This privacy policy covers the other parts of the website. Where analytics tools used on this website also cover pages of the "Videos" section, the owner of this website is the controller of the data collected by those tools, as described in this policy. The purchase and use of the videos are governed by the Art Oral Terms of Sale of Training Videos.
